WA.cr (by KDC Tek Private Limited) lets Indian businesses talk to every customer from one place — WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone calls — and sell, take payments and support customers without switching apps. It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and keeps customer data in India. A WhatsApp number already live with another provider can connect to WA.cr without leaving it (Meta's new account model; Meta is moving businesses to it in stages until mid-October 2026). Message pricing is usage-based with a free tier; a Partner programme lets agencies offer WA.cr to their clients under their own brand.
