Customer Agreements

Your relationship with WA.cr is governed by a small set of agreements. The public-facing terms — the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refunds & Cancellation and Acceptable Use Policy — apply to everyone. Depending on your plan, the following additional documents may also apply:

  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) — the framework contract that governs your subscription to WA.cr.
  • Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — how we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • WhatsApp Business Solution Terms — Meta's terms for the WhatsApp Cloud API, which pass through to your use of WA.cr.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) — availability and support commitments, where your plan includes them.
  • Acceptable Use Policy — the rules for using WA.cr and WhatsApp responsibly.
  • Partner Terms — additional terms for partners who resell WA.cr to their own customers.

Together, these documents form your agreement with us. If there is any conflict, an agreement you have signed directly (such as an MSA) takes precedence over the standard online terms for the matters it covers.
