The diary that lives where your customers already are.
Set out your services, the people who deliver them and the hours they keep. Your team gets one shared diary, your customers get a booking page on your own address, and every booking sits in that customer’s chat thread where you can see it. Included on Growth and above.
Bookings that belong to the conversation.
Every booking, in the conversation
However a booking is taken — your page, the diary, an automation or the API — it appears as a card in that customer’s chat thread, and the card updates in place when you approve or cancel. Someone you have never heard from becomes a contact, and their whole booking history sits in the contact drawer beside the chat.
Book straight from the thread
A Book appointment button in the thread header opens the diary’s own booking screen — the same free times, the same rules — with the customer’s name and number already filled in. Anyone on your team who may take bookings can use it without opening the diary.
A booking page on your own address
Switch it on and customers book themselves: pick a service, a day and a time, done. Every service also has its own link that opens straight on its times. The page is built on the server with your services and your brand colour, so search engines read it too.
Offer times inside an automated chat
Drop two steps onto an Auto Flow: Offer times shows the next free slots as a tappable list, and Take the booking books the one they chose — with the same confirmation email and calendar invite a web booking gets. If somebody else took that time a second earlier, the flow simply offers the next ones. The same pair works over email.
The whole rota, without extra seats
Add every stylist, doctor or tutor to the rota with their own working hours — none of them needs a console login. Link someone to their login and the diary offers them a Mine view. Mark a service “ask me before confirming” and its bookings arrive as requests that hold the time until you decide.
Confirmed, reminded, cancellable without a phone call
A customer who gives an email gets a confirmation in your name and brand colour, with a calendar invite and a manage-your-booking link they can cancel from within whatever notice you allow. Pick up to four reminder times — two days, a day, two hours or thirty minutes before — and every booking with an email address is reminded.
Good to know
- Included on Growth and above — the diary, the booking page, reminders and the API all come with the plan.
- A service can show a price, but nothing is charged at booking.
- No double bookings, whichever door the booking came through: the database itself refuses an overlap.
- Connect Google Calendar and two switches, both off until you turn them on, block out your team’s own commitments and write each booking into their calendar.
- A venue can be an address, a voice call, a meeting link or something else entirely — and it can ask the customer for their own address as they book.
Put your diary inside the conversation.
List your services, people and hours under Settings → Appointments, switch on your booking page, and take the next booking without leaving the chat.
