Our full Privacy Policy is being prepared in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. It will publish here before public launch. In the meantime, the following always holds:

  • All WA.cr data — including chat metadata and KYC documents — is stored in Mumbai (GCP asia-south1).
  • We never share your customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
  • You can request a data export or full deletion at any time by emailing privacy@wa.cr.
