Answers that never drift
Publishing freezes your questions as a version. Reword a question, reorder its options or delete it entirely and every earlier reply still reads back exactly as it was collected — even an answer to a question you have since removed.
A link that outlives your home page
Every published form lives on your own address, with your name, logo and brand colour on the page. The link is fixed the moment you publish, and forwarding your storefront somewhere else — or switching it off — never touches a form link you have already handed out.
Build it the way people will see it
The builder is the form. Sixteen question types — text, number, dropdown, choices, date, time, phone, email, address and more — laid out in one, two or three columns, in sections with their own headings. Show a question, or make it required, only when an earlier answer calls for it.
Three ways onto your website
Paste the link into WordPress, Notion or anything else that expands a pasted address and the form appears in place. Prefer a two-line snippet that sizes itself as the questions change, or use a plain iframe on a site that strips scripts. Copy any of them from Share in the builder.
Or on your storefront, with no website at all
Your WA.cr storefront can carry a Form block on the home page or any page you build — as a button that opens the form, or with the questions right there on the page. Same form, same answers, no HTML to touch.
Read the answers your way
Open Responses in the console, or export a CSV with a column for every question the form has ever asked, so an export that spans an edit is complete rather than convenient. Developers can list forms and pull replies over the API, each one tagged with the version it answered.
Good to know
- Included on every plan — there is no plan column, no add-on and nothing to switch on in Billing.
- Building and publishing is its own permission: Owners and Managers build and publish, while Agents and Viewers read the answers.
- The public page is built for anyone to fill in — a real form, so Enter submits and browsers can autofill, with errors announced to screen readers.
- Close a form and the link keeps working: visitors see a plain “no longer accepting responses” note, on the page and inside any embed.
- A Form is a web form. For one that runs inside a WhatsApp conversation, build a Flow — it lives beside your templates.
