Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 3 June 2026
We want WA.cr to feel fair and predictable — no surprises on your bill, and no fine print that works against you. This page explains how billing works, why our fees are non-refundable, and the genuine flexibility you do have. If anything here is unclear, just write to us; we are happy to help.
How billing works
- WA.cr is billed in advance on monthly or annual subscription plans, in Indian Rupees (₹) or United States Dollars (US$).
- WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are passed through as you use them, on top of your plan. These charges and the applicable rates are itemised in your console.
- Partners on a prepaid wallet top it up in advance and spend the balance as they send.
Our refund policy, plainly
Subscription fees and prepaid wallet balances are non-refundable. Once a billing period begins or a wallet is topped up, we are unable to refund that amount. There are a couple of honest reasons for this:
- WA.cr is a digital, consumption-based service — the platform, capacity and support are made available to you the moment your plan is active.
- A large part of the cost is the WhatsApp conversation charges Meta bills us for messages you have already sent. Once a message is delivered, that charge cannot be reversed by us or by Meta.
What you can always do
A no-refunds policy does not mean you are locked in. Here is the flexibility you keep:
- Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next renewal — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Keep what you paid for. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is switched off early.
- No surprise re-charge. Once you cancel, we will not bill you again for that subscription.
- Change plans freely. Upgrade anytime — it takes effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in your period. Downgrade anytime too — it's scheduled for your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then (no charge, and — consistent with this policy — no credit). See our Pricing Policy for the full detail.
- Your wallet stays yours. Any prepaid balance remains available to spend on messaging — it simply isn't cashed out.
Renewals & failed payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we do not cut you off straight away — the payment gateway retries the charge over several days.
- Your plan stays active throughout that retry window, and is cancelled only after the retries are exhausted. You can update your payment method anytime during the window to keep your plan.
- A low wallet balance never cancels your plan — only repeated failure of the subscription payment itself does.
If something genuinely went wrong
We will always put right a real mistake. If you were charged twice, billed after a confirmed cancellation, or charged due to a clear error on our side, contact us and we will investigate and correct it — including issuing a refund where a genuine billing error is confirmed.
How to cancel
You can cancel from your billing settings in the console, or simply email us at admin@kdc.in and we will take care of it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
