Refunds & Cancellation

WA.cr is sold on monthly and annual plans. The full refunds and cancellation policy will publish here before billing goes live. The current intent is:

• Monthly plans: cancel any time; charges apply for the current billing month only.
• Annual plans: prorated refund of unused full months on cancellation.
• WhatsApp conversation charges (passed through from Meta) are non-refundable once incurred.
• Disputes go through billing@wa.cr and are resolved within 5 business days.
